Precautions for equipment operation：

1. The machine operator must go through the manufacturer's professional training, non-designated personnel shall not be operated, in order to avoid improper operation caused by machine failure or personnel injury.

2. If there is a strange sound during the operation of the machine, it should be reported to the technician in time.

3. During the operation of the equipment, please do not touch the moving parts to avoid pinching.

4. Machine general contractual warranty period of one year, non-human-caused damage to parts, the manufacturer free of meteor bad part of the repair or replacement of damaged parts。

routine maintenance：

1. Do daily maintenance for the machine before handing over and taking over the shift every day. Including cleaning the workbench, action parts of the lubricating oil, remove the water in the air filter, tighten the loose parts of the screws and so on.

2. Check the lubrication condition of the moving mechanism part.

3. Check the part connecting the air pipe and the cylinder for air leakage and deal with it in time.
